REGARDING THE CONCEPT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROTECTION

Abstract
The article carried the distinction of protection and regulation of the law; security and regulatory functions of law is shared. The content of the category of ‘administrative and legal protection “in the broad and narrow sense”. The attention to the need in establishing the content of the category of administrative and legal protection to consider the possibility of not only violations but also non-recognition or contesting the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of legal entities other legal subjects.
