LEGAL BASIS FOR OPTIMIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE MIGRATION SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal principles of optimizing the activity of the State Migration Service of Ukraine. The structure of the State Migration Service of Ukraine is outlined. The powers of the Head of the State Tax Administration, which are directly related to the organization of the activities of the department and are systematized them into groups, are singled out.
