INTERRELATION PRINCIPLES ADVISABILITY AND LEGALITY IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS OF GERMANY

The article deals with the question of the correlation of the principles of expediency and legality in the criminal process of Germany. Determined, why this topic is of interest in the context of the criminal process in Ukraine. Indicates that, whether it is possible to introduce the experience of Germany in criminal proceedings in Ukraine.
