Abstract
The article investigates the problematic aspects of preventive measure – temporary access to objects and documents. On the basis of jurisprudence outlines the shortcomings of law and legal regulation of ensuring the specified criminal proceedings. The results of the study provided some suggestions for improving the current criminal procedural legislation.
