LEGAL TECHNIQUE AS A SET OF EXTERNAL EXPRESSIONS OF LAW: TO THE QUESTION OF WAYS TO RESOLVE LEGAL CONFLICTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the ways of development of legal technique in solving conflicts that arise in legal activity. The essence of the classification of elements of legal technique is revealed, this makes possible to determine the practical significance of legal methods and means for clarification of the practice of legal conflicts. It is convincingly proved that the improvement of legal technology in the context of the formation of legal practice contributes to the evolution of the latest legal technologies that ensure better functioning of law in the conditions of democratization of society.
