ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ARMED CONFLICTON THE LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The author investigated the changes in the legal system during the armed conflict. The article also discusses the development of a scheme for analyzing the impact of armed conflict by defining the impact on the components of the legal system, in particular: institutional, functional, normative and ideological. In addition, the author made a description of each individual component of the legal system, drew attention to the change in the concept of human rights during an armed conflict.
