PUNISHMENT FOR CORRU PTION CRIMES: COMPARA TIVE RESEAR CH

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes the essence, types and significance of punishment for corruption crimes. It is proposed to distinguish four groups, depending on the system of punishment for corruption crimes: soft, moderate, rigid and very rigid. The types of punishment for corruption crimes in each of these groups are characterized.
