THE CONCEPT OF “CORRUPTION” IN THE DOCTRINE OF UKRAINIAN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of the concept of “corruption” in the doctrine of the Ukrainian administrative law. The author analyzes the provisions of Ukrainian normative legal acts which interpret the notion of “corruption” and the approaches of scientists to the treatment of this term. The author offers the definitions of such notions as “corruption”, “administrative offense in the domain of corruption prevention”.
