SUBJECTS OF STATE CONTROL OF NOTARIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
In the article it is exposed a system and features of subjects of state control of notarial activity in Ukraine. Maintenance and legal nature of the indicated subjects were analysed, certain criteria of their classification.
