CONSIDERING CERTAIN METHODS OF RESEARCHING MIGRATION AND INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF MIGRATION

Abstract
Migration as a complex phenomenon and a subject of legal regulation and international legal regulation of migration are analyzed by the methods of dialectics and system approach. The analysis results in a conclusion of the underestimated value of the application of these methods to both objects of knowledge and in the assessment of the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of international legal regulation of migration at present. The article identifies and methodologically explains the gaps of international legal regulation of migration and touches upon the development prospects of the legal regulation of migration.
