Abstract
In the article ways of the decision of problems of the criminal liability for car theft are offered. The comparative analysis of the criminal liability for theft of the car the democratic countries of the world and the countries were “the socialist block” is carried out. The carried out research will allow improving the criminal legislation of Ukraine.
