Abstract
Recently the world saw the monographic work of the young natural scientist V.V. Zaborovsky, which is dedicated to extremely relevant both in theoretical and practical- the issue of determining the legal status of a lawyer in the conditions of formation of an independent advocacy of Ukraine. In- It is primarily due to the fact that the the rule of law is impossible without security the functioning of an independent advocacy institute as a Danish society.
