THE STATE’S ROLE IN POLICY IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the organizational structure of management disclosed the nature of relationships and mechanisms of state regulation of relations in the pharmaceutical industry due indissoluble bond between the state and the law, because the state apparatus as a political power carries through its law-making bodies, law enforcement and law enforcement.
