Abstract
The paper deals with the application of the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the practice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation of constitutional provisions in European law. Provided proposals to overcome the legal conflicts between the national and European legislation concerning the interpretation of the constitutional norms.
