Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the theoretical foundations and practices of courts century. 35 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Chapter 3, section 4 of the Civil Code of Ukraine author studied the issue of minors the full civil capacity. Reveals the most controversial provisions on granting minors the full civil capacity. The attention to the discrepancy of civil and labor law.
