THEORETICAL AND LEGAL APPROACHES TO DETERMINATION OF CARRYING OUT SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT TO EXPOSE CRIMINAL AСTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZED GROUP OR CRIMINAL ORGANISATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the conceptual apparatus for the carrying out special assignment to expose criminal activities of the organized group or criminal organization as a fundamental element of covert investigative (detective) actions in the theory and practice of criminal procedural law. The essential features inherent in the carrying out special assignment to expose criminal activities of the organized group or criminal organization are determined. On the basis of the above, suggestions were made for the possible improvement of this notion and its legislative consolidation.
