SOME ISSUES OF CONFLICT OF INTERESTS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT IN THE LOCAL COUNCIL DEPUTIES’ ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the deep study of the emergence and resolution of potential and real conflict of interests in the activities of persons who at the same time are deputies of local councils as heads of municipal enterprises. The issues of legal responsibility of these persons for noncompliance with the law on the conflict of interest settlement are studied too.
