RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ADMINISTRATIVE AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY IN THE LEGAL PROTECTION SYSTEM OF THE UKRAINIAN LAND OF NON-USE USE: MODERN USE OF REMEDIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis and comparison of judicial practice in the consideration of cases of administrative and criminal offenses related to the inappropriate use of land resources. In the course of the analysis, the inadequate effectiveness of protecting land resources from harmful behavior through the measures of administrative and legal responsibility, as well as the inability of criminal legal protection of land, established by the Art. 254 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, will positively influence the state of things in this area.
