LEGAL STATUS OF THE NATIONAL AG ENCYOFTHE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal status of the National agency of the prevention of corruption in Ukraine. The author gives the classification of the rights and duties of the National agency of the prevention of corruption. Particular attention is paid to the duties that are related to the control and supervision of the National Agency of the prevention of corruption.
