THE CONCEPT OF PROCEDURAL DEADLINES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS UKRAINE

Abstract
In the study we explored the concept of procedural deadlines. After analyzing the concept presented by scientists we presented the own definition: “Civil procedure life – a period of time or point in time, established by the law or by the court in which, or until which the court and the parties to civil proceedings must meet certain procedural actions or to refrain from doing any proceedings”.
