Abstract
In the article analyzed efficiency of filling of criminal judicial statute of Ukraine by humanistic maintenance in accordance with positions of Conception about judicial legal reform. Determined directions of criminal procedure of Ukraine, what improved in obedience to requirements of Conception about judicial legal reform. Set positions of criminal judicial activity, that must need to be modified in Ukraine with an aim execution norms Conception about judicial legal reform.
