ADMINISTRATIVE DISCRETION: CONCEPT AND SEPARATION OF JUDICIAL DISCRETION

Abstract
This article attempts to determine the definition of the term “administrative discretion” and outlined the main errors involving actors in the management of the right to own. Recently singled out in order to emphasize that the judicial review regarding implementation of the administrative authority to act on your own should occur only on the presence or absence of errors.
