PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of adaptation of the Ukrainian legislation to the standards set forth in the European Union legal acts on waste management. The author also pays attention to the updating of normative regulation of this sphere in the domestic legislation. Based on the analysis, conclusions and suggestions are made to accelerate the process of implementation of European legislation and the construction of a waste management system.
