ORGANIZATION OF NON-GERMAN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN THE POLISH GENERAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article shows the process of organization of Polish General Governorship on the occupied Polish and Ukrainian territories at the years of Second World War. The functions and authorities of non German courts are being considered and estimated, that heard the civil and minor criminal cases about local Polish and Ukrainian population.
