LEGAL CONCEPT OF FOREST AS AN OBJECT OF PROTECTION AND USE IN LEGAL DOCTRINE AND LEGISLATION

Abstract
In the article the legal concept of the forest as an object of legal protection and use was analyzed. In the course of the research, the landlegal, floristic and ecosystem approaches to the understanding of the essence of the legal concept of the forest are identified and characterized. It is determined that currently the ecosystem approach in the legislation of Ukraine is prevalent.
