ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MEASURES FOR PREVENTION AND COMBATING CORRUPTION IN THE SYSTEM OF THE STATE SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of preventing and counteracting corruption in the civil service system of Ukraine through the implementation of administrative and legal means. The article deals with the problems of the current state of corruption in Ukraine in the system of state apparatus. The article describes mechanisms for eliminating corruption in the public sector and presents proposals for the elimination of corruption in the public sector.
