ARBITRATION COURTS: AN ALTERNATIVE FORM OF PROTECTION OF THE LEGITIMATE RIGH TS OF A PERSON AND A CITIZEN

Abstract
The article analyzes the characteristics of the main regularities and prospects of the development of national legislation on arbitration proceedings. The expediency of the functioning of the institute of arbitral proceedings in terms of the right to access to justice and the timeliness of judicial protection is explored. In the course of the research, the authors identify the institute of arbitral proceedings as an alternative way of resolving controversial legal relations, which is effective and democratic.
