ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION UNDER THE PROTECTION OF JURISDICTIONAL AGENCIES: THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The author of the article has accomplished scientific synthesis of international experience in providing the access to the right to education by jurisdictional agencies in the aspect of its three components: non-discrimination, physical accessibility and economic accessibility. It has been alleged that the agencies of judicial jurisdiction play an important role in the organizational and legal mechanism for ensuring the access to the right to education. The author has substantiated the idea that the most effective agencies of jurisdiction are under the provision of non-discriminatory education, whereas in ensuring economic accessibility they are largely limited by the status of the constitutional and legal basis and by positive measures by the legislative and executive agencies of the state.
