LEGAL MORALITY AS A FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT OF THE PREVENTION OF TERRORISM IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF HUMAN AND CITIZEN

Abstract
The current state of the problem of combating terrorism as a phenomenon that eliminates constitutional values and encroaches on the constitutional rights of a man and a citizen has been reviewed in the article. The author focuses on insufficient regulation of the prevention (debarment) of terrorism by the current legislation. The author makes an attempt to define and characterize the signs of legal morality, as well as to consider the legal morality as an effective component of the prevention of terrorism.
