LIABILITIES OF AN EMPLOYEE IN THE SPHERE OF LABOUR PROTECTION AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of labour protection. On the basis of the analysis of the current labour legislation, the main liabilities of workers in the sphere of labour protection are determined. Special attention is paid to the disciplinary actions against employees for non-compliance with the liabilities in the sphere of labour protection, in particular, the most common violations of labour protection legislation by employees are pointed out and their legal substance is defined. The article analyzes the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, the provisions of the draft Labour Code of Ukraine, and suggests recommendations for improving their content.
