LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS IN THE FIELD OF PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN FOREST ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of relations in the field of agricultural production in forestry. Legal nature and legal forms of use of forest resources in agriculture were revealed. Based on the research, theoretical conclusions were made and specific amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine aimed at improvement of legal regulation of use of forest resources in agriculture of Ukraine were proposed.
