Abstract
The article considers the main changes in the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine in sphere of appealing the right acts of the subjects of public power. The problem aspects of the enforcement of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine are analyzed. Researching the specificity of administrative productions for appealing against normative acts and legal acts of individual action.
