THE RIGHT TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT AS A MEANS OF ENSURING ITS PROPER IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
Features, forms and grounds of one-sided dissolution of administrative agreements, celled law enforcement authorities, are investigational. The cases of one-sided dissolution of such agreements are analysed. A right on one-sided dissolution of agreement can be carried out in three forms, in particular partial waiver of agreement, temporal waiver of agreement and complete waiver of agreement. Dissolution of administrative agreement as backer-up his proper implementation can take place only in exceptional cases, when it is impossible by other method to attain a result or protect interests of the state, society. For law enforcement authorities also important is an observance of all procedural aspects of dissolution of administrative agreement in an one-sided order.
