PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF REALIZATION OF RIGHT TO LIBERTY OF ASSOCIATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problems of realization of a right to liberty of association in the sphere of public relations. The procedure, powered by regulatory authority for the purpose of legalization of associations in Ukraine is considered. The role of national courts and European Court of Human Rights in the protection of right to liberty of association is analyzed.
