MECHA NISM OF ADMINISTRA TIVE AND LEGAL COMBATING CORRUPTION AND ITS ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the mechanism of administrative and legal counteraction of corruption in Ukraine and its effectiveness. In particular, the following principles of the activities of various bodies in Ukraine regarding the fight against corruption are detailed: legality, the rule of law, coordination. The main task in this sphere is the supervision of the activities of public administration bodies.
