SOME ASPECTS OF THE LIQUIDATION OF THE INSOLVENT BANK

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of issues of legal regulation of the liquidation of an insolvent bank. The features of the liquidation procedure of an insolvent bank by selling it to the investor are investigated. The basic approaches to the understanding of the concept “transitional bank” are defined.
