THE POWERS OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY FOR PROTECTION OF CORRUPTION AS A SUBJECT OF CONTINGENCY WITH BUDGETARY LEGISLATION BY POLITICAL PARTIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the powers of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption as the subject of counteraction to the violation of budget legislation by political parties and its officials on the basis of the study of normative legal acts and judicial practice. It is proposed to classify these powers on financial-legal, administrative-judicial and administrative-jurisdictional. It is noted that normative legal acts give the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption the largest body of authority among other subjects regarding the implementation of control measures and the use of coercion in counteraction to violations of budget legislation by political parties.
