THE FINANCIAL LIABILITY OF EMPLOYEES UNDER THE LABOUR AGREEMENT (СONTRACT)

Abstract
The article is concerned with the issues of the legal regulation of contractual financial liability of employees. The distinction of the legal categories has been made and the scope of their implementation has been set on the basis of the analysis of the subject-matter of a labour agreement (contract) and an agreement on full financial liability of employees. An individual consideration has been given to the peculiarities of liability of managers of enterprises, institutions and organizations. In the article the current labour legislation of Ukraine has been analysed, the comparative and legal analysis of the methods of regulation of these issues in the legislation of other countries has been made, the recommendations to the Labour Code of Ukraine draft bill have been proposed.
