Abstract
The authors elucidate the characteristics of becoming a model of separation of powers in Poland at the time of the constitution as an independent state. Considerable interest in the described problems are not confined in scientific and practical terms, given the destructive confrontation existing institutional and legal systems of government (“branches”) in Ukraine.
