SOME QUESTIONS OF EMPLOYEES CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE INSPECTION IN PERFORMING THE TASKS PROBATION

Abstract
This article disclose some issues of legal and organizational measures for implementation of probation service. These issues relate to persons who performing probation tasks. It is concluded that the activities of staff of penal inspection/probation service requires detailed regulation of legal, organizational and methodological support.
