CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR THE DESTRUCTION OR DAMAGE OF SOMEONE ELSE’S PROPERTY BEHIND THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
There were researched concepts of «destruction or damage of property», «stealing», «misappropriation», criminalization of willful and careless actions with destruction or damage to another’s property and criminal liability for them under the Criminal code of Ukraine, as well as problematic issues of application of the current legislation and ways to overcome them. There are offered the changes and additions to specified articles in Criminal code of Ukraine.
