THE SYSTEMATIZATION OF FAMILY LAW PRINCIPLES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the concept and the system of the principles of family law were studied, various scientific approaches to their classification were analyzed, it was proposed to group the principles of family law by criteria of regulatory certainty into three categories (absolutely certain, relatively defined and not defined in the legislation).
