TO CONTRACTUAL REGULATION OF CIVIL PROCEDURE RELATIONS

Abstract
The article concludes that the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine knows a number of named civil procedural agreements (settlement agreement, the agreement to submit the dispute to arbitration, the agreement on the election of an expert on the case, an agreement on jurisdiction in cases of divorce, the agreement on international jurisdiction). The regulation of certain proceedings has discernible contractual regulation elements. These elements are seen in the regulation of the issue of recognition of the circumstances of the parties and other persons involved in the case, the conditions of the absentee of the case, the appointment of examination in the case of a motion to appoint him on both parties of the case and several others.
