RIGHT TO HIGHER EDUCATION AND ITS CONSTITUTIONAL PROVIDING

Abstract
The article analyzes the role of higher education in modern society, defines its objectives and functions. The author studies the right to higher education and its constitutional providing in Ukraine. The conclusion was made by the results of research. The author gives the definition of the right to higher education.
