PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF JURISDICTION ON THE INTERNET IN LEGISLATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article examines some issues arising from activities in the field of e-commerce. The emphasis has been placed on problems of determining of jurisdiction on the Internet taking into consideration transborder and global character of relations. This article highlights main sources of regulation of jurisdiction on the Internet in the legislation of the European Union and conditions of establishment of jurisdiction and applicable law.
