BASIC PRACTICAL PROBLEMS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF LAWYERS IN COLLEGE SECTOR AS HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of practical professional training of lawyers in colleges as higher education sector in Ukraine. The article analyzed the international agreements of Ukraine in the field of higher education and the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”. The study author concludes that one of the central problems of legal education in Ukraine is the lack of law students sufficient practical skills so that they after high school once effectively and efficiently provide legal services and solve their tasks employer. The solution provides an integrated approach through a combination of existing opportunities for law students and by creating new ones.
