CORRUPTION IN THE ORGANS OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF UKRAINE: NOTIONS, SIGNS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the substantiation of conceptual provisions on the issue of corruptionin prosecutors’ offices. The essence of the notion “corruption” is investigated and its features are revealed. The existing approaches to the prevention and counteraction of corruption are analyzed.
