FEATURES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF STATE CUSTOMS SERVICE

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of State Customs Service. The comparative analysis between this responsibility and the administrative liability for violations in other spheres is carried out. The author gives suggestions for the improvement of the administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of State Customs Service.
