PRINCIPLES OF THE ACQUIS COMMUNAUTAIRE IN THE DRAFT LABOR CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to highlighting of the issues of acquis communautaire law principles application (in particular, prohibition of discrimination, freedom of work, fair remuneration for work, freedom of association and collective bargaining) in the draft of the Labor code of Ukraine. The state and drawbacks of the implementation of the principles listed in the draft are analyzed.
