FEATURES OF REALIZATION OF REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS ARE AT INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF TAXATION

Abstract
The article is sanctified to opening of features of tactics of realization of review of documents during investigation of crimes in the field of taxation. An author analyses, that allows to determine the inquisitional review of documents, investigates on what it follows to pay attention during the inquisitional review of documents. Except it, an author is consider the general rules of review of documents in detail.
